Anthony Lewis is a Divisional Managing Director for Adults Residential. Find out how he helps create pathways for progression within Accomplish.

What are the biggest challenges you've faced in your career at Keys Group and how did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge I have faced was adapting to my new role as a Divisional Manager. I overcame this through the support of a strong group of peers and an exceptional team of Managers who work in my division. They gave me the time and space I needed to get to grips with the role and they continue to be the core of all our successes.

What do you love most about your role?

The thing I love most is being out in our services and seeing the amazing lives people are living and the tremendous impact our teams have every day.

What’s an achievement in your team that you’re most proud of?

The thing I am most proud of is the career progression for people within my team. In the past year we have supported two deputies to become Managers and two Managers to become Regional Managers, as well as creating numerous opportunities in other roles. I think developing our people is fundamental to our success and I am proud to be able to create opportunities and pathways for people.
