If you know someone who you believe would make a great addition to Keys Group, then you can recommend them using our Referral Scheme.

Fancy splitting £500 with a friend?

We’re always on the lookout for new, talented employees to join our team. If you refer an applicant for one of these positions and they’re successful, you will split £500 between you.

You will each receive a bonus payment of £25 once the new employee completes their successful interview, and then a further £225 each will be paid out once the new employee successfully completes their probation period.

You can refer as many people as you like as long as you think they will be a good fit for a role at Keys Group.

Who can participate?

Who can participate?

General Staff: All employees up to and including Deputy Managers are eligible to participate in the referral program. This includes roles across various departments and locations within Keys Group.

Registered Managers: Registered Managers are eligible to receive the referral bonus. Exception: They cannot receive the bonus for referring staff to join the service they directly manage. However, they can refer staff to other services within the organisation.

Support Centre: Support Centre employees are encouraged to participate and can refer candidates. Exception: Managers within the Support Centre cannot receive the bonus for recruiting staff for their own teams.
